Fall Out Boy Are Coming to Nashville | Presale Begins TODAY @ 10AM! (and We’ve Got the Password)

So in the madness of this week’s Fall Out Boy reunion announcement (we were the first source in the world to peg Monday as the announcement day and New York as the location of the Tuesday night show, by the way), there’s one important detail a lot of you may have missed: the band are ending their upcoming U.S. tour right here in Nashville. The pop rockers will be bringing their newly-reunited sound to our very own Mother Church, The Ryman Auditorium, on Sunday, June 30. That might seem like a long wait, and it is, but tickets go onsale tomorrow (2/8), with a PRESALE beginning TODAY at 10AM (central). Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered on the presale scoop: just head here and use the password ‘SONGS’ and you’ll be all set to snag tickets before (most) anyone else. All tickets are $35 ($44.51 after fees… damn those fees), but, don’t forget that The Ryman is seated so the sooner you jump on tickets, the better your seat will probably be! If you miss the presale, don’t fret: public onsale begins tomorrow at 10AM, and there will presumably be a good chunk of tickets held for that.

Here’s the video for the band’s brand new single “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up),” featuring 2 Chainz (in person, not in musical contribution):

Fall Out Boy went on hiatus in 2009. Since then, each member has embarked on solo and side projects, and speculation of the group’s reunion has swirled off and on for years. Late last year, more concrete details began to emerge but the group’s comeback was officially denied by band members and representation. Several weeks ago, news of the band’s plans to reunite first broke on popular blog PropertyOfZack. Last Sunday, we were the first site to report the band’s plans to officially announce Monday morning, followed by a string a small secret shows and a proper tour. The band also plans to release their Butch Walker-produced sixth album, Save Rock and Roll, on May 6th & 7th worldwide.
