Beck to produce new Stephen Malkmus album

Matador Records announced today that Beck will be producing the new Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks album (due out on August 23, 2011). It is not surprising that this information was released this morning, as it is in conjunction with the release of the Beck produced Thurston Moore record Demolished Thoughts today!
